Alex Okada is a global leader in purposeful communications, with deep expertise across corporate, consumer, and health. He is currently Chief Creative Officer at Havas Lynx, one of the world’s leading healthcare communications networks.

Before joining the pharma space, Alex spent over two decades shaping iconic brands in the consumer industry. He held top creative leadership roles at MullenLowe London, Publicis Spain, McCann Brazil, and Leo Burnett in the U.S., Portugal, and Latin America.

Throughout his career, Alex has blended powerful storytelling with innovative technology and disruptive thinking — earning over 150 international awards, including 20 Cannes Lions and multiple awards from D&AD, One Show, LIA, Clio, Eurobest, Effies, and more. He’s judged major global shows, including Clio, Eurobest, FIAP, and served as Jury President at El Ojo de Iberoamérica and Lisbon Health Awards.

His work spans five continents and includes global pharma leaders such as Sanofi, AstraZeneca, Merck, UCB, GSK, and Roche, as well as consumer powerhouses like Unilever, P&G, Coca-Cola, Mastercard, McDonald’s, Renault, and Amazon Prime Video — alongside purpose-led initiatives for UN Women, Greenpeace, Fundação Bradesco, and others.

Alex also helped elect Brazil’s first female president and was named one of Campaign’s 40over40 in 2025 — a recognition of creative leadership with lasting impact.
